We weren't sure how to celebrate our very first tomatoes, but then of course we realized the best way to feature them in a meal:
What didn't fit on the pizza, we ate raw. And they were divine! The pizza was so good, but as you can see, I was lazy and bought the already-shredded mozzzarella cheese--which I kind of regret. Still good.

Your pizza looks so good! There isn't an officially recognized pizzeria in CT, but there are some fantastic pizzerias here in New Haven! We've definitely been exposed to a higher standard for pizza since moving here. :)
