ha ha. fool you.

Yesterday, my co-worker was all about the Aprils Fools day pranks and was helping me come up with bogus stories to tell my mom and my husband. But I kept chickening out. Although the annual call to my mom to tell her I was pregnant while I was at BYU seemed hilarious...I'm not sure how she'd react now that I'm married. And I am sooo not prepared to know what my husband's reaction would be to a phoney un-planned pregnancy. Thoroughly un-funny.

So I was excited when I saw this link from the Cakewrecks website: "Colorful Cupcakes"! It worked out great too. Bill was all tired out from work so I told him to take a nap while I made dinner. Then I woke him up with a plateful of pink cupcakes and veggies! Yum!

Okay, not like I really "pulled one over" on him. His reaction was more like, "Um..hon, what did you do?" But we thought it was fun anyway. And yummy. And we got to celebrate April Fools without hurting anyones feelings.
